Making role actions more unique visually/conceptually

I feel it would make things more interesting if the role actions remained the same in terms of gameplay, but just had a different name/icon/animation depending on which job you were playing.

I fully agree with this. Keep the Esuna button in cross-role, but the icon and animation should swap out to Leeches / Exalted Detriment when used by SCH/AST respectively.

I'd also like to see existing actions touched up this way. Goad, for example, strikes me as something a ne'er-do-well Lominsan rogue might do, but not so much a dragoon or samurai. But yeah, definitely confusing if every physical DPS class got their own unique version of it.
