I don't normally post on the forums, I'll remember that tip for next time.
Not going to reply to them all but it same for Shroud, Esuna and Protect but did see something on Reddit for an idea I like. As these skills are typical very vital - they could add another three slots to the healers for role skills so we can slot these in and then other cross skills we may want.Esuna/Leeches/Exalted Detriment
These skills should absolutely NOT be a Role action skill. All healers should have a dispell in their basic tool kit. No game I have ever seen has required a healer to get their dispell, which is a basic magical healing tool kit ability. Playing a sch below lvl 40 was always a drag since you couldn't dispell, that teaches you to appreciate having leeches at end game. HW eased this pain with the new fairy ability but forcing it as a role action to accommodate SCH is not the way to do it. You switched shield oath to lvl 30, why not make Leeches a sch only lvl 15 ability. Still unlock it at lvl 30 when you get the job itself, but you can have it in all the content a whm had esuna. I do get there are fights where we will have no debuffs we can dispell, but setting it up to where we're forced to pick it when we need it takes away from the utility you tried to give us with the new actions like Rescue.

Speaking of Role Actions for healers?
Lets talk about Break. A 50 potency Heavy. This ability will NOT be taken by anyone. It's simply overshadowed by literally everything else. And a DPS can apply heavy.
I can see it for content that is for soloing. I enjoy a slow when I'm soloing when i cann't overpower it with gear and stone III (soon to be IV)
