Transfer world

Its been 2 weeks now and I still can't transfer my 2 characters from coeurl to mateus. Any world I choose to transfer its telling me its full. So ALL worlds are full? It's not a payment issue either, cause I never get to that part. And just the other day you took my money for playing so my credit card isn't an issue either, very frustrating

My only guess is that one of the following may apply:
he following conditions must be met in order to transfer a selected character from one World to another:



・You must be the owner of the Square Enix account using this service.

・You must have an active service account for FINAL FANTASY XIV.

・You must be logged out of the game.

・Your character cannot be enlisted in a free company, holding a free company petition, signed to a free company petition, or applying to join a free company.

・Your character cannot have items for sale on the market.

・Your character cannot have items entrusted to the Calamity Salvager NPC.

・Your character must rehire any retainers carried over from Version 1.0.

・Your character must be logged out outside of any instanced areas.

・Your character must not be logged out in a residential area.

・Your character cannot have made reservations for a Ceremony of Eternal Bonding.

・Your character cannot be currently undertaking the quest The Ties that Bind.

・Your character must not be logged out in the Ivory Chapel.

・Your character and its retainers cannot be in possession of a ceremony invitation or blank invitation.

・In the event your estate has been automatically relinquished, your character cannot have housing items in the care of the resident caretaker.

・In the event your estate has been automatically relinquished, your character cannot have a chocobo in the care of the housing enthusiast.

・Your character cannot be designated as the house mate of another character.

・Your character must retrieve any optional items purchased via the Mog Station from the Delivery Moogle.

my characters are ok with all of those things. SE said my account and characters have nothing that will stop them from transferring

Sorry unsure what the issue otherwise could be, other than influx of new characters or some issues with the servers. It's been about 2 years since I last used the transfer service. Sorry I wasn't too helpful.

Do you possibly have a second character already on Mateus, which, if you have the Entry level subscription, may prevent you from transferring another to the same server?

Gonna assume it's not the case, given you have the same problem with every server.

You might try reformatting your post to follow the report guidelines, and maybe try requesting some sort of escalation to someone higher up. Sounds like so far anyone that's looked into it can't figure out what's wrong, so somehow you'll need to get the attention of someone higher up the chain.
