being call ignorant for different point of view make me sad. Trade the AOE spam zerk fest for ability to spam skill on single target worth it in my viewI don't know where you're getting that I said it was going to be a bad class or something, that's not even remotely what I had said.
Yes, forced into a DD role through GLA being the more efficient tank after the class changes. I see MRD being used in parties, but not like in Ifrit or Spiritbond parties like it has been this past patch. They are supposed to play the role of a "DD Tank", yes, but I don't see that "tank" aspect sticking around after the patch drops.
And, well... yes, losing their ability to AoE spam certainly does make them less effective than they are now for burn parties. Saying it won't make them less effective is just ignorant.

And nothing I had said had anything to do with single target, nor did your initial response to me.
Ugly troll is ugly.
lol arent they both zerg fests?
whats the point of having two single target DDs? especially when gaining extra EXP is partly due to battling multiple mobs at the same time as well as the Devs stating they are not trying to focus on single target party setups like they were in FFXI?
to me having a DD that specialized in aoe abilities added to uniqueness.
heres hoping combos can be done more than just once or twice in one battle because the reduction to TP generation sounds like battles could potentially be as slow as FFXI battles.
something FFXI was criticized for.
there was an interview asking about the planned PVP. (almost positive it was on a bluegarterls interview)
they told Yoshi that the battle system is too slow to really enjoy PVP and Yoshi said " yes it is, but we will be introducing things such as double attack and haste. plus self combos require moving around and extra abilities so i think that can make up for the pace of battle"
im starting to wonder just how slow he wants battle pace to be.
15 abilities each? what is this... Kindergarten?A jack of all trades WHM... what is this 1989?
