Do we know anything more about cross-role skills and classes?

With jobs, you only get a maximum of 5 skills. Did they say if it's going to be different if you're still on a class?

You'd be surprised how salty people can get when you don't use protect in things even when there's no logical reason to redo buttons just to work it in or you may not even have the skill to begin with. I was in a level 15 guildhest earlier with people who were visibly annoyed I didn't use protect them on with my ast.
