And I think this reflects the re-calculation of damage across the board, healers were becoming too DPS orinetated, bringing them back in line with healer ideology is NOT a negative thing. If you think it is, you need to main a DPS class

You can come say that again when holy and gravity and aero 3, and every other aoe dps skill get nerfed as well. Cause Holy and Gravity still hit like trucks, and one of the has a very efficient stun on top of its damage.
