Another SCH complain

Where is this Aetherflow 10% coming from? The videos I check still list it as 20% in their tooltip. Did someone just misread the level 68 talent which gives a 20% chance to reduce the Aetherflow cooldown by 10 seconds? Also you can role-buy the regen skill as well if you like (and we probably will).

I believe it came from the JP tooltips, many of which are slightly different than the English ones and more accurate.
