Reddit user /u/lenoan created a pretty nice spreadsheet for creating rotations for samurai. Use it to play around and see if you can come up with the best solution. To use it just create a copy for yourself from the file menu I believe. All you have to do is pick a skill from the action column. The rest of the table fills itself in:

This theorycrafter says Kaiten works on Higanbana's dot. I guess we'll see, but it's hard it doesn't or you would only use Midare Setsugekka once you can buff it with Kaiten.

Good to see the work so far on figuring out the rotation.
