    Interesting, though I'll test it myself to confirm it in a little bit. This would change the opener thus: Potion after Jinpu, Kaiten after Gekko, Guren moved to replace the 2nd, double-weaved Shinten. You'll end the opener at 10 Kenki.

    EDIT: I can confirm that Kaiten does in fact boost Higanbana's DoT. At level 60, i265, with Jinpu up, it ticked for on average 325. With Kaiten, it ticked on average for 550.

    Wow, this is one smooth and well flowing class and it seemed intuitive setting up my hotbars right away at 50.


    This kind of makes up for the warts they put on tanking and DRK in particular and the fact that I can't get past Raubahn. Kind of.

    I made a quick video showing that Kaiten does in fact affect our dot Higanbana. For both applications I only used the slashing debuff combo befor applying the dot each time.

    I forgot to pre build kenki so I ended up using an Enpi and the slashing combo twice in a row to get my 20 Kenki befor applying the Kaiten boosted Dot tick on a dummy. Have tested this around 10 times each way and they always yield the same results. Without the Kaiten you'll see the dot hit for somewhere in the 200-300's with the odd one being 400ish but with Kaiten I have yet to see it drop below 400 a tick with the highest being in the 900's a few times and in the video there are some mid 800 ticks.

    Not that I disagree with you, but it's impossible for a 50% buff to take a 400 max to mid 800s, so something else is also affecting the numbers.

    Edit: The highest value you got in your non-kaiten test was 457, which means the highest number you should get in your kaiten test should have been ~685... yet your highest kaiten dot tick was 857. To get 857 from kaiten and the slashing debuff alone your max crit dot for non-kaiten should have been around 571 damage. Of course there is a lot of variance in getting a crit at the same time as a high damage roll for a given tick, but going from 450 to 571 goes well beyond that.

    TLR; yes, kaiten almost definitely affects higanbana's dot, but likely not in a purely multiplicative way...

    idk what to tell you then cause using the exact same gear i've gotten the exact same results every single time i've tested it.

    I think a minor QoL fix for Samurai would be to have the Sen bonuses in the tooltips coloured to the Sen that you actually receive, so Getsu as blue, etc etc. Right now, they're all yellow.

    I got lucky and built my skills into a triangle like the 3 tsubas are in, helps a lot.

    123 is my 10% damage combo
    45 is where I put the other two pices for the other 3-combo
    I put the slashing debuff skill above my 1

    So that way it just so happened that each skill granting sen is in roughly the same place it appears in the tsuba triangle.
