I would advise not to get into the "perfect" aspect of the job with only partial kit which is 50-60. You would have to wait till you get all of your kit which has been in discussion throughout this thread, until then Shayuki has done a good job to give you a structure of priority to begin with.

Jinpu does affect Higanbana's DoT effect. It's Kaiten that does not.

You could throw Higanbana's DoT between Jinpu and Gekko, boosting the DoT's damage without breaking the combo
So: Hakaze > Shifu > Kasha > Hakaze > Jinpu > Higanbana(DoT) > Gekko

Throughout the fight you should never really drop Jinpu unless its after a boss ultimate, so there would be no need to hold Higanbana. In the opener, you're doing Jinpu first, because you're going straight into Meikyo Shisui right after Higanbana.
So I guess as a worst case scenario (buffs dropped, abilities are on CD) then that prioritization would be better.

Twould appear some of Samurai's skills were changed from the E3 event
Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme...ities_from_e3/
Shown changes:
Hissatsu: Yaten renamed to Hissatsu: Gyoten (Likely mistake since there are now 2 identical named skills)
Merciful Eyes nerfed 500 > 200 potency heal
Starry Eyes renamed > Hissatsu: Seigan
Only shows 50+ skills so other changes are possible.

From what I've been able to find, the only actual change is the Merciful Eyes nerf, which makes sense given that we also have access to Second Wind which is at 500 potency every 2 minutes, in addition to Merciful Eyes technically available every 15-20 seconds.
Though, I guess it kind of spells the death of the ability for all but the most extreme circumstances. Second Wind + Bloodbath will usually be enough in most cases and those cases won't happen so frequently that we absolutely need another 200 potency heal. Plus we'd have to pick it over Seigan, and unless we're Kenki starved somehow, I see it as just ability bloat at this point. Second Wind isn't even going to be on many Samurai's bars unless a specific fight calls for it, as Diversion, Invigorate, Goad and Feint will be either necessary or very close to it, and True North will do more in the long run.

Looks like Jinpu took a 5% hit.
It's no longer a 15% damage buff like the previous builds.
