    Tempered Will

    Not to nitpick, but I haven't seen information on any changes to Tempered Will. You know, so it doesn't fill you with anger? Maybe a shorter cool down or, you know, anything?

    Considering WAR gets this effect on two skills (Holmgang+Inner Release), plus stun immunity (IR), plus self-Esuna (Shake it Off), plus a gap closer I think Tempered Will is sort of underwhelming at 180s cooldown. It should probably at the very least cover Stun/Sleep and have a shorter cooldown to compensate for not having a closer.

    Tempered Will 120s or less, yes please. Removing more detrimental effects is interesting, but if so DRK's Plunge could remove Bind/Heavy while we're at it.
