DRK Nerfs:
Unleash: Potency 50 (down from 100)
Souleater: HP leech reduced to 10% up from 100%it was just a typo, feels good
Shadowskin: REMOVED ~> new role class skill, does the same.
Foresight: REMOVED, because we don't share skills with marauder anymore. So, we lost 20% DEF.
Scourge (dot): REMOVED. 500 POTENCY DOT T_T
Reprisal: REMOVED ~> new role class skill for 5s damage reduction up from 20s and 0 POTENCY up from fruiting 210. (So one less oGCD to gain MP with blood weapon if we don't choose it within the 5 role skills)
Low Blow(+reprocs): REMOVED ~> now role class skill for 5s stun and 0 POTENCY up from 100 without reproc mechanic. (So another one less oGCD to gain MP with blood weapon if we don't choose it within the 5 role skills)
Dark Dance: REMOVED ~> new role skill add 30% parry. so we lost 20% Evasion when with DA+DD. This sucks so much.
Blood price: Can only be used in GRIT... really....
Dark Passenger: DA Potency 240 (up from 250) and now it cost the same MP as DA.
Delirium: REMOVED ~> turned into a lvl 60+ skill
The new skills are Global cooldown, sucks.
DRK Buffs:
Darkside damage increase 20% (up from 15%) and does not decay MP, but still prevent MP refresh statuses.
New DA for Syphon Strike with 390 potency (390-250=140 potency gained)
Souleater potency 280 up from 260 and DA 420 up from 400 (20 potency gained, wow)
Sole Survivor: New additional effect: Adds 10% damage received to the target for the duration, I don't know if it is only PVP. (I didn't liked this, we used Sole Survivor to restore HP and MP when add dies, now we are forced to save this shit to add 10% damage for party, 120s cooldown)
New skills:
Delirium: Restores MP and adds 8s to blood weapon and 16s to bloodprice, COOLDOWN 120 SECONDS. COST 50 BLOOD GAUGE. WHY DOES IT HAS COOLDOWN SO HIGH IF IT COSTS HALF GAUGE?
Quietus: GCD(WHY?) AoE skill, 160 potency, can be DA to 210 potency and COSTS 50 BLOOD GAUGE.
Blood Spiller: GCD(WHY??) skill, 380 potency, can be DA to 520 potency and COSTS 50 BLOOD GAUGE. (Grit potency is higher, but it's the same with the % calculation of grit damage reduction.)
The Blackest Night: 5 seconds Self Shield of 20% self max hp, or to party member with 10% of self max HP. Restores 50 Blood Gauge, 15s CD. Costs same as DA MP.
MT Class Role Setting will be something like: Provoke, Rampart, Low Blow, Reprisal, and Convalescence.
So with this we lost Foresigh (20% DEF), Mercy Stroke (200 potency and heal for pro players) and Bloodbath (Hp steal)
SO THAT'S IT, how you guys see this as an improvement? That's unbelievable!
Tank is the most HARD class, MUST be REWARDING.
I don't know how easy Blood Gauge is increased, but most of new skills cost 50 points, and it's half bar.
I'm main DRK, and I feel nerfed cuz my rotation was about building aggro, shadowskin, then drop grit and DPS with blood weapon and blood price TOGHETER, this is a BIG nerf. Now with this change to blood price only with grit we will be doing 20% less DPS than before, and I was doing like 1,3K Dps, and warrior 1.6k. Now with this Drk will be doing even less. It's just NOT an improvement.
So, what you guys think? Drk will still be balanced in ARR, HW and SB content?
I'm going to RDM since they removed some cool things from DRK, now parry is brainless status does not trigger any skill.
I really don't like the nerf to the complexity of DRK.
