    I did read it, though I admit that I'm getting blurry-eyed by now. It's late over here. However, I just pointed out that it won't make WHM playstyle more flexible at all. Damage in this game is scripted. You know when it will hit, so you can plan ahead, plan what abilities to use, and use them in the appropriate order and at the approriate time. A CD reduction doesn't help at all in such a game where damage is so heavily scriped because of this exact reason. What does it help me if Tetra is ready again after 48 seconds from now, if I know I will only need it in 60 seconds from now? Answer, it doesn't help me at all, it just causes the ability to sit on my skill bar unused. It might help me if I derped and used it prematurely, or if someone else derped and I needed to heal him up quick - but the reduction is not significant enough for this, so this point is quite moot imho.

    You'll have to excuse me if the wording in that post was unclear. The flexibility mentioned was referring to the mindset of the player is the supposed playstyle where use of lily-affected abilities happen close to the time they come off cooldown (compare to proc-based or priority-based systems in other games). The player in that case has to be able to quickly assess what to use and when to use it. For another set of numbers and/or perhaps different content to fight the 4.0 WHM changes could work or even excel. I am not claiming that the playstyle I suspect Square Enix is pushing for right now will work with the content we are presented with.

    As someone that has gone through Savage, I know full well that CDR (Spear) and RNG-dependent effects are minor bonuses or downright detrimental in almost all cases of current content and challenges we come across, not only as healers but in other roles as well.

    Another addition on Stone 4. Its not really such a huge dps buff than you would imagine. They took away damage from Fluid Aura, making that skill useless and that means 150 pot less per half a minute. We have to cast three Stone IVs per half a minute only to get that missing dps back before we even actually dealing more damage. Also keep in mind the 150 pot was free dps because no mana cost and no cooldown. Stone IV costs more mp than Stone III making it worse for me than just going with the Stone 3/Fluid Aura we have now.
