How long does it normal take to get the XPac ?

I buy the digital verson of heaven sword on the 28th and have been stuck on validating since then, no reply from the support yet.

Is this normal ? At this point i could have got a physical copy in this time.
Its a bit of a pain in the ass as i want to make a new character and i am falling behind my friends further each day

depends on where you purchased the item, and where you're seeign the "validating" When you buy the digital copy you get a code that you enter into mog station(or if purchased through mogstation might automatically apply)... if it's validating your credit card information then, you might need to contact your credit card company, usually any slowness on the validation process of payment is because of anti fraud procedures.

I had purchase from the little link in the mog staition, 30 seconds after i had reactivate the subscription. This is the only thing that is having any issue right now.
The card seems to be fine on its end, and has been used since.
