Unable to progress in main story

I am currently unable to progress in the main story quest Influencing Inquisitors. I have spoken to 3/4 of the needed people however the final one Joellaut is not acting correctly.

2.Spoke to the other 3 npcs
4.went to speak with Joelle however he didn't affect the quest

This bug has been around since 2013-ish, although the reports slowed a lot in 2015. Joellaut is missing the quest icon above his head, right? The only official responses I've ever seen are "we've submitted your information for review" and "we've already received this report and are working on it."

Also, all the reports I've seen don't have any follow up response from the players making the reports to say that it got fixed for them, so I don't know if anyone actually got help or not. I suspect this is because the reports get locked once a moderater files them, which means that the reporters aren't able to post a follow up.

From the minimap in the screenshot, it doesn't even look like you're facing the right objective NPC. Sure you didn't already talk to that one and you still need to find the last?

Should be able to abandon the quest still and retry, if nothing else? You may be able to keep track in the chat log of which NPCs you've talked to, to confirm you're hitting all 4. (assuming since you've relogged, you won't be able to check for that now)

Yeah you're right Hasrat... I thought I didn't talk to him but I did and it was someone below him. Was reallt confusing though due to how close they are. Thanks guys

Multi-floor buildings (especially some of those with many walls/doors) were a bit confusing trying to find the right people for. And somewhat easy to get lost in. >_<
