Most people serious about gathering probably allready had there own maps made for the most part. Hopefully it doesn't just ping only the active nodes otherwise we may as well not even have harvesting skills related to find finding them.

And who is gong to sit around and hand draw maps when there are abilities that tell you exactly where the active nodes are?
