They need to stop running around out of range like we can keep up and heal. If the rest of the party would be more cautious about their position, it wouldn't be so bad. I don't get the casting glitch when I use the facetarget function, which is just another thing to get used to.

So pretty much, DDs and tanks!!! THINK before you decide to kite mobs out of the healer's range. To the healers that don't want to get used to change and just whine about wanting the old system back..... have fun keeping ballad on me.
True story.

I'm still fairly new to this particular game, so when grouping up to do job bosses, I found it VERY odd that all a tank seems to do is run around the mulberry bush and kite mobs instead of actually tanking them. Not only does this mean that they don't seem to pull adequate aggro in order to offset the healing they need, but, like you said, it makes them harder to heal after the patch.

While movement is often necessary in any battle, in any MMO, it should not be a constant affair. This isn't an action-adventure game, nor is it a FPS. Tanks need to stand still and tank things in a consistent manner, except for when battle mechanics demand otherwise. Anything else is simply asking for a wipe.
