I like the new dev thought process. Whenever the argument "which way is better" comes up they just add both options.

In my opinion, I like wizards better. In most stories I read, Wizards are skilled Magic users, while Mage is considered novice, or in-training. Some stories change is around though.

Casting whist moving is useful in most situations.
If this is a PvP related decision, make casting during PvP matches interrupted in such a manner.
