spoken like a dd that has no idea what he is talking about.People cried for a way to easily cancel their casting... They got it... Now they cry some more. Sad world.
.
Every boss fight that I've seen, mages move the least. Once a safe, ideal position is found, the mage just stands there casting cures, and buffs. The only time the mage moves is when the boss moves into a new phase. Rinse, and repeat.
.
Why are people crying? Your lazy mage wasn't moving away.

So remind me, what exactly was so hard about reselecting the spell you were casting to manually cancel it?
People just assume mages stand there but you don't. Maybe some situations you'll stay still but a mage that never moved was a terrible mage. Don't understand the need for this change at all; all it'll do is slow down the gameplay speed for mage players and make reliable support more difficult. Not a fan.

and if you are taking up for it then you just show even people that leveled without pl parties could still be absolutely horrible at their job like you must be, checkmate.

You're logic doesn't make sense. I state an opinion, you respond with an assumption. I nullify your assumption, and you respond with another assumption. Lol. You seem more interested in picking a fight, than debating the issue, critically. Checkmate.

no i made point by point statements in the situations in just one single battle it would effect. as someone that has a r50 in a mage class i am sure you have completed it as that class. haven't you? if you have then point out which one, if any, of those points i am mistaken on.
