I don't normally speak out against changes and I'm pretty capable to adapt to changes, but this change is ridiculous. There are so many better ways to deal with it and they are dealing with it. They just decide to inject a incredibly cheap way of dealing before they come up with where they want it to be.

This is not pay to play material, sorry. They better start listening to this one.

I could care less if they implement it or not, but if they feel this change is needed then so be it. How is it not pay to play material when most mmo's cancel your spells when you move. To each his own i guess but at the end of the day even if you guys cry for it they have the final word.
