    Problem with stormblood pre order

    Hi I preordered stormblood collectors edition and I put my credit card info in way back when it opened and they started charging a few days ago and it keeps declining telling me that I have the wrong expiration date and I have changed it 4 different times already and it declined it again today what can I do to fix this.

    Try paypal. My card was rejected and that fixed it.

    go to your order page>>>manage order and try updating through there. Had same issue worked for me.

    I contacted store support yesterday when my bank account said that it had got declined and I changed all my info then and it's still got declined again today

    I'm having the same issue, I've called my bank to make sure they weren't blocking the payment(They're not) I have checked my payment method (Everything was correct), I changed it to paypal anyway but nothing has happened yet, and the email I received about my payment method being declined said that my order will be cancelled tomorrow if they can't charge. I also can't seem to contact them via email or phone. >_> So I really hope the change in payment method goes through.

    I'm having the same problem. It seems to be a recent one that only applies to preorders, as I've ordered (with the exact same billing info!!) from SE Store before with no problem, and up to FF15 release or so preorders went through without a hitch too. After that though...nothing. No preorder payment has gone through unless it's a one that I've put in a new preorder for after the first one got forcefully canceled and paid for it through PayPal on the spot. Store support does nothing, just tells me to update my billing info. Info which is 100% correct and has been used without a problem on multiple non-preorders. I keep re-entering my info anyway in the vain hopes that they'll actually even LOOK INTO IT on some complaint, but no such luck so far. :/
