Hmm I have a dumb question about stormblood pre-order. I've purchased stormblood pre-order in april but my credit card just renewed as previous one expired... I know SE doesn't charge credit card until last minute.

Now I am afraid I might run into payment issue because of expired credit card. Should I contact SE about this?

Just change your payment method

We got emails last week saying payment would be taken on the 29th. Just go into my orders change payment options and then you can chose to debit now

When a card expires/renewed is always a good thing to update your internet wallets to avoid problems then. Paypal, mog station, and so on.

Pre-approved payments are a different thing, they are processed even the card expired in the while, because funds were allocated previously. But SE don't use them, it just charges card when time comes, so again yes, you have to update your payment method wherever you purchased the game.

Hmm, I have a question. I don't see any charges on my bank account yet. Does this usually show up late? I pre ordered it on day one and I can't seem to find it in my orders on the Square Enix store. I do have the confirmation number, but I can't find it in my orders. I already got my early access codes confirmed. I'm confused.
