    They have been streamlining this game for quite some time now. I've expressed my concern but the majority is against me.

    This is such a bad change I don't know where to begin..

    I can't believe they actually made these class changes worse..

    Lol the classes look better than they ever have, Good to know that with traits my cure on thm will never come close to a cnj cure.

    Airships, Moogles, Chocobos, FFXI Races, Classic Job Names, Primals (Ifrit, Titan, Leviathan, Garuda, etc.), Magitek Armor, "Materia" system...

    Yea, that one ability name definitely tips the scales.

    Sadly, no it wasn't mistranslated. It says the exact same thing in Japanese.

    The effects of Protect and Shell will not be effective at the same time... you know the rest.

    I have a friend that fell in love with thaumaturge for the cone effect. I, too, was enjoying the different AoE. Cone being more offensively oriented while circle AoE defensive for party. It was combat dynamic, now it's being oversimplified again... they could just have shown the area of effect on the screen instead.

    it was not really combat dynamic at all the cone shape casting limited some spells like sleep, sometimes the cone effect could not hit everything you needed, also why can't both classes have all 3 line cone and circle Aoe effects.
