BSM (blacksmith) already can. Though they'd need to consider removing all of the arms for BSM to make them available for another class main arm otherwise.

The media from the media tours have all agreed to keep quiet until a certain date so that they all have a chance to get their articles/coverage pieced together. While they can probably get away with blabbing, doing so would likely lock them out of future events.
