instead of saying 5 so more people buy it? Sure maybe 100 people buy it for 18 but what about 10000 buying it for 5 dollars? 18 dollars for a glam needs to be account wide. It does not cost them a thing to adjust the price to make it appealing to more people, how do you have a "shortage" of supply on digital content?
"If we players keep proving we'll willing to buy $70 monocles, the industry is going to keep selling it to us."

One glance at the Mogstation trend and it clearly shows more than enough people accept the prices, whether grudgingly or otherwise. Someone did an estimation on Sleipnir a while back. It sold over $650,000. Dare I even wonder how much the Eastern Garb attire given the sheer amount of people who have it. More than enough people just don't care, thus the items are valued where they are.

I know that, and I am making a stance not to be part of the problem. Also I really think they would make more money from getting more sales if things are cheaper. How come this never seem to cross their mind?

I know that, but why cater to those that can pay obscene prices? They are only hurting themselves in the long run. If someone is buying something but the high price leaves a bad taste in their mouth, you are going to be losing a customer eventually. These high prices are self destructive in the long term, like the video points out later. Also where is the research? Why not find out what the happy medium is? If something is cheaper more people are going to buy it, so why focus on a few large sales and not a large amount of sales at a lower price?

The question that always made myself think hard without an answer is: why THAT expensive? I mean, it's litterally virtual items, you pay the cost production once and then you make endless money from it as long as people buy it. So, why? The creation of an outfit surely isn't $1000 and even if it was 100 people buy it and it's profitable with the actual price, but since we are millions it could be far cheaper.

    xD

For 100 bucks you might get an half-assed requirements list.

Also as others have said, it's like DLC. They won't give it for free when they could just not lose a word about glams outside of the regular updates.

Nobody would quit this game because he didnt got something he didnt knew of, right?
Nobody would open a thread and say something like 'Se, give us please Yshtola glamour or I will leave the game'.

These posts about prices are getting old. Just consolidate all of it into one post so I know which thread to avoid so I don't have to hear people complain about optional stuff they don't need to buy, thanks.

There are some completely objective complaints, the chief one being we are getting less for more. Forget the price debate; the growing trend from SE's part seems to market products as little as possible for more money and possibly see if their predicted income target succeeds.

Considering they have displayed which glams in the mogstation are the best selling by ranking, I'd say not only they are doing well and since a business typically follows the "don't fix what's not broken" formula, I'm persuaded that they will continue the trend of selling less for more until it doesn't work.

A solid win-lose on the financial scale.

If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.

It totally feels like an abuse of power by abusing the fans of the franchise lol.
