Well...right now i've no opinion regarding this...i want to see how slow this battle will be...but i have the feeling that storing 3000 TP will be a pain in the @ss with no basic attacks and TP gain reduction.
Yeah i think they need to decrease the cast time of that 1 basic attk now to like 3 secs.
