    Not really, I skimmed it earlier and its mostly humanoids, beastmen, NMs, and specific mob families.

    Maybe someone has already brought this up, but I would assume that Bard is the reason for archer losing their distance/accuracy equation. It would be very difficult to maintain proper attack distance when you also have to be running around singing songs to everybody. In general I think the ability adjustments in this patch are a nice little preview of the coming job system.
