Looks pretty good. Doubt this will last us until February, however... Even January and we'll be lucky.

You people can't differentiate between two systems with a same name? Attribute allotment of pre-1.19 =/= AA of 1.20.
Next they'll add a Marketwards that works exactly like an AH and people will bitch "eww, Marketwards r bck".
Saves you January's sub fees then.Looks pretty good. Doubt this will last us until February, however... Even January and we'll be lucky.
Nooo why are Prot and Shell mutually exclusive now? D:
Looks like a very interesting patch tho.I haven't done the high level Ifrit fight yet, but I'm really excited for new Primal battles
This game is starting to look very very awesome![]()

First you learn Protect. Then Protect enhances, increasing Def and Magic Def (protect and shell combined). There is no Shell.
Well, if it is now dependant on the spell type and not removed altogether, all good then. I worried for nothing. I must have misread the patch notes hopefully.![]()
LOL cash shop! SE's way to tell their player how they appreciate them... pull the carrot and empty your pockets $$$
And to those who support it: you are kicking yourselves. -- We just need to sit back and laugh at people with cash shop items.
(Marvelous economics IQ test!)
Looks like a great patch. I am just a little disappointed that Culinarian, Alchemy and Goldsmith reforms have been left out again![]()
The actions and traits tables appear to be based off a template to populate. The recast times for traits that do not affect actions are placeholder typos that were not removed. Recast timers on traits that affect an action relate to the actions' new recast time. Conjurer traits also should be marked exclusive.
I suspect the Grand Company seal items that grant Protect and Shell effects may apply to this. This may also be the groundwork for future patches should the Shell spell be reintroduced.
I'm pleasantly surprised. I expected a lot less. It's going to be fun to try the new versions of our classes. Going to be especially interesting to see people run around the mobs during fights lol.
Also, it's nice to already see little bits of the new UI with the added icons on the mini-menu =)
