Ya, seems so. It kind of bothered me when I first read it, but I think it'll add a bit more strategy to the game, especially if fighting multiple types of mobs at once.
Your avatar pic looks different @.@ Also to comment on that i don't see an shell spell or am i blind, also the one trait incresse the M.def protect gives i don't understand what they are saying with that. The whole con part seems messed to me also cause the stuff that should be Con only is not labeled even their traits.
I didn't notice that there was no shell in the spell list. It might that they made protect cover magic defense (with the trait "Enhanced Protect") so they could stick with their 15 actions, 10 traits format. It still seems like it is translated wrong or something. Three contradictions in the notes, one of them stats Pro and shell can be used at the same time, the second one stats that it will increase the magic defense of protect, and the last there is no shell.....
Here's my line of thought on this:
1. Eww, they are bringing back the attribute points
2. Gathering points are now marked on the minimap.- YAY!
3. Ooooh.... Cure, Cura, Curaga.... for CON and Blizzard, Fire and Thunder goes to THM
4. wow... THM loses Sacrifice o.O - /happydance - I am finally getting my magenuker!!
There is a little Monkey in all of us....
First you learn Protect. Then Protect enhances, increasing Def and Magic Def (protect and shell combined). There is no Shell.
Looks like a great patch. I am just a little disappointed that Culinarian, Alchemy and Goldsmith reforms have been left out again![]()
The actions and traits tables appear to be based off a template to populate. The recast times for traits that do not affect actions are placeholder typos that were not removed. Recast timers on traits that affect an action relate to the actions' new recast time. Conjurer traits also should be marked exclusive.
I suspect the Grand Company seal items that grant Protect and Shell effects may apply to this. This may also be the groundwork for future patches should the Shell spell be reintroduced.
