    Wet Effect is missing from game PS4 user

    The wet effect in areas where it is raining is missing on characters. Which a friend of mine has confirmed as well. Can anyone explain why?

    I knew that PS3 didn't support it. It's possible that SE just didn't add the effect for the PS4 either due to hardware limitations. Have you ever seen it work on any PS4?

    It's on PS4 but doesn't show up as much in the newer zones.
