Retainer Job Change Potion?

Nowhere was boosting retainers mentioned. It was about changing their job to another job you also have at 60/70. All this would do is allow you to essentially change the outfits on the retainers for combat jobs.

It be the same as us just doing one class to max, switching class and keeping the level. Same thing as a level up potion just from another perspective. Now keeping alternate class levels so you can switch between them would be a plus. I have 8 retainers 3 miners 2 botanist, 1 fisherman, 1 DRG and 1 DRK. an alternate character just for fun and extra materials. With that I'm cover wish they would increase amount of materials gathered though to 30 of any. Now if they were to allow 8 man raids with retainers or even dungeons that would be interesting. Then again I think their planning to do that with squads.
