Curious on the state of Server for a potential transfer

Looking to switch servers so I can actually play StormBlood, and find a new community.

Just had a few questions:
1: How's the RP community?
2: How's the market / how tricky is it to make gil?
3: How's housing? Is it actually possible to get a house?

1.) Nearly Non-existent.
2.) Gil is pretty straight Forward. Glamour items sell big, crafted items of actual use sell big for long period of times(i250 gear still 1.5M+ for most pieces)
3.) It is possible to get a house, Generally speaking when the house auto destory thing happens, several houses across multiple wards(including low numbered wards) and they stay open for a while. I have not recently checked if we have any open but I'm sure if we don't we will soon enough.

Same response for 1 and 2 as Lakau. As for housing when I finally had enough gil I was able to find a small plot pretty quickly (within a couple of weeks of checking daily). I was able to wait until the next day to buy it after the price had dropped some. Since then I have seen a couple of small plots go up for sale in my ward and they seem to hang around for 24-48 hours. I'm in the Lavender Beds so YMMV in another housing area.
