Seeking Christian Based FC/LS

Why, hello there.

PheGNOMEnal here. I'm a sproutling player, as indicated by my adorable leaf icon next to my in-game name, and I'm in search of a Linkshell and/or Free Company.

Cliff Notes about me:

• I'm in my late 20s.
• My hood is motherhood.
• I work full-time hours M-F.
• I am on EST.
• I'm annoyingly friendly.
• Laid-back, no drama-llama.
• Unashamed practicing Christian.
  

Which brings me to what I'm looking for in an LS and/or FC.

What I seek in an LS and/or FC aren't the typical attributes that many actively look for. I know that the following list may cause some to scoff and think ill of me, but

Seeking:

• Christian based.
• Adult conversations without the PG13 to R-rated language/themes.
• VoIP
• Website (not required, but appreciated).
• Relaxed atmosphere.

I run with the Knights of Memory on the Midgardsormr Server. And I believe we meet the majority of the criteria that you are seeking.

You are looking for:

Adult conversations without the PG13 to R-rated language/themes. - Check!

Christian based. - Hm, let me explain.
Our FC is based on those kinds of principles.

Thank you for the offer, Vix! I'm sad to see that you're on a different server. I'm obligated to stay on Diabolos because that is the server that my husband and nephew call home. I can't abandon them and likewise, I can't ask that they all switch servers or start anew (even though my husband did toy with the idea because a family friendly FC is very much appealing to the both of us). Should we have a change of heart in the future, we'll be sure to come to Migardsormr to join KoM! I'm bookmarking your website just in case.

I had been keeping an eye out for you and on this thread. I had hoped that it would work out because I thought you would be our type.

But I understand that you have other people to consider. Who knows though! Maybe things might work out later on.

Hey Odette!

I hope you are continuing to discuss how awesome it would be to join a good, family-friendly FC with your husband and nephew!

I know how difficult it can be to be out there on your own without a group to interact with. Many of the folks who have joined our FC have mentioned how lonely it can get, plus how trying it can be to run content without a good FC. We hear this sort of thing all the time.

I think you would be a good fit with us. And that is what I am always looking for, good people who sound like they have the same wants as us. So I hope you will continue the conversation with your family about how much fun it might be to join others who are similar to you. Who are social, friendly, active and helpful.

Obviously, I'm terrible at checking the forum so I apologize for the incredibly late response. I had and still have your FC site saved to my browser bookmark bar so there's no worry about us forgetting your kind offer. My nephew is actually looking at ditching us to join his friends on another server entirely---which leaves us shrugging as to what we want to do. I'll try to do better about keeping you updated, but I still cannot make any promises. T-T

To be honest, I created my own FC just to keep all those annoying random FC invites from popping on my screen. There was no hiding from the recruiters...they always found me and at the most inconvenient of times too.

Have you considered starting your own Christian FC? It isn’t too hard to get a free company going. It may be you have found an opportunity to provide a home for an underserved group. In similar fashion you could start your own linkshell, which is even easier.

Legendary also is right up your ally. We have fathers and son, husbands and wives in our fc. we are relaxed and ranked 8th.
