My first 'lazy' healer

So I understand what people mean when they hear "lazy healer". I'm normally a sch main so I'm not quick to judge but this healer I encountered did absolutely nothing. They didn't even keep the tank topped off. they just stood back and let everyone do all the work and healed the tank when he went below half.

I can understand not being the best at the stance dance but at least try mate.

Do you usually run Duty Finder as healer? That would explain why it was your "first" lazy healer. Cause... sadly, that's the majority of healers I've encountered recently, which is why I tend to run roulettes as healer just to save me the annoyance :/

People don't really like dungeons so Scholar > Follow target is a godsend for them.

I watch Netflix during Roulettes, having seen those dungeons enough, so I don't always DPS.

I found when playing WHM to get stoneskin that a WHM heal particularly in early dungeons would cause aggro issues unless you waited till the tank was around 50%, and sadly a lot of tanks had trouble getting threat back afterwards. So if they are the "I am a healer I heal only type" and they were only healing when the tank dropped below 50% they were probably playing wisely. I'd be bored to tears that way, but maybe they weren't lazy just considerate that they might get threat with their chosen play style.

Yes. I'm normally a healer main and I do my best to dps. occasionally it can't be helped if a party is getting hit by every bloody mechanic out there but this wasn't the case with our party. The dps output was especially noticeable because our output was abysmal this match. I've gotten my casting gear up to 265 and my rotation was on point so I'm pretty sure I was carrying my weight >.>'
