Personally I don't see why we would want to change this. Occasionally overlapping Swiftcast rezzes isn't a serious enough issue that the spell itself would need to be tweaked.

Also, leave my Swiftcast alone; it's primarily for skills like Shadow Flare and Holy IMO. If someone dies in non-Savage content while my Swiftcast happens to be down, they can afford to wait a moment if necessary.
