You do need to post this information up on the Lodestone so that other PS4 players that are unaware that this can be an issue, can take preventative measures to avoid this.

Currently the response is after the fact. It would be the equivalent of warning people of a wild fire in their area when their house is already burning, instead of alerting people that a fire may be headed in their direction.

Can you please update the Lodestone with this new issue, so at least players who see the launcher can be made aware and take actions so that there isn't a reactionary response. Knowing beforehand that it's a shutdown issue can help players not aware of the issue since it's already too late to make that suggestion to players that have experienced it.

Sony has encouraged players to put the system in sleep mode due to system and game updates and also healthier for the system in general. So many will be unaware that it may be wiser to shut down their system until a fix is in place.

This affects all PS4 players regardless of region so I believe it's a newsworthy topic.
