4.0 PvP Skills Translation - DRG

A few quick notes:

• SE isn't just stripping abilities and calling it a day, they're modifying the ones that they keep in.

• When you compare potency numbers to actual damage dealt in the video, there appears to be a 1:1 +-0.05% ratio to Potency : Damage. This doesn't take into account Direct or Critical Hits that were mentioned during the live letter.

So you can not use purify anymore for team members or remove dots with it. O.o

Probably because in solo queue, efficient purify usage was a huge problem, Some people aren't even aware you can use it on party members. To compensate, it seems jobs now get pre-emptive CC/debuff blocking, and the cooldown is halved.

found a few things i missed:

Impulse Drive: 500 potency
Disembowel: 1000 potency
Chaos Thrust: 1250 potency + 200 potency DoT, increasing damage dealt by you to the target by 10% for 18s. (1250 + 1200 total potency)

they had the +3% damage trait equipped in the video, so potency = base damage is a safe assumption.
the gcd is at 2.18s with the 5% action speed trait equipped, so the base gcd has been lowered to something around 2.3s.
Blood of the Dragon, Geirskogul, and Nastrond all share the same hotbar button, switching when their conditions are met similar to the combo sequences. they also share the same cooldown.
