Monk and utility

By any chance do we know if monk will get some utility skills such as trick attack, hypercharge etc etc?

. Per live letter monk is getting a group physical damage buff.

They are getting some sort of phys dmg up buff that also gives the monk chakra stacks when people attack during this. So it'll buff the group and you in multiple ways
