Honestly I don't think Utility was really a problem with Monk.

From my perspective, they are great DPS partners capable of some seriously strong single target and strong AoE both.

The biggest thing I notice is the skill level of the players with regards to them, Monk is definitely one of the DPS jobs where you do have to know positionals and well.
