    transfer worlds

    I been trying for days to transfer my character from Coeurl to Mateus. I called Square Enix and they said my account is good with no restrictions and they believe its a bug on mogstation. I tried different browsers and it was the same thing.

    any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated,

    Did payment post to your account? or was it declined. I just transferred an alternate had no issues.

    Did you at least see an authorization on your online transactions? if not could be a MOP payment issue not processing properly.Could try an alternate card.

    I don't get to the payment part. I pick the world i want to go to, confirm, the pick the world I'm at now and then confirm. Says world may be full. I tried another just to see and i got the same thing. very frustrating
