Steam preorder code for Steam base game invalid in Mog Station

I pre-purchased Stormblood on Steam for the base game last month, and just now realized that I needed to register it to get into early access. However, when I went to the "CD key" and applied it to the "Enter Pre-Order Bonus Code" page on the Mog Station, it rejected it as invalid.

I haven't used the code, my account isn't confirmed for Stormblood early access already, I'm not trying to use a base Windows version of either the base game or Stormblood, and I followed the instructions of the Lodestone post explaining it to the letter (http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...aa1d897bb81a55). Am I doing something wrong, or is the code just bust?

In case you haven't already, try typing the code manually instead of copying+pasting, but failing that, when you log into the Mogstation, where it shows the account type, does it specifically say Steam like this:

And just to confirm, but from CD keys, you're definitely trying to use the one for "Stormblood pre-purchase bonus content" and not the main Stormblood code (which won't work yet as there's no where to even put it).

If the answer to both is yes, then unfortunately you need to contact Steam and see what they say.

When I cut & pasted the Steam CD Key for "FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood- Pre-purchase Bonus Content" into the page I got after clicking the pre-order item code button [on Mog Station] (which I don't remember being in the navigation bar before), I noticed that it finally added a circle under Windows to the "Stormblood Early Access" row in my product list that had previously been missing. (There is still no circle under Collector's Edition for that row, but I am guessing that will update once we can input the actual CD Key for the game itself.)

I'm experiencing a similar problem, is a "PC Copy" not compatible with the Steam version of Final Fantasy?

No... I don't know where you bought it from but Square Enix stores and Steam etc all say this in the description of the product.

If you mean the early access code, then yes if that's been successfully applied to your account then you can play from the 16th. That code will work temporarily through to the 23rd. The full Stormblood code (both regular and collectors) can be entered after 20th June, but must be entered before 23rd June if you don't want any interuption as that's when early access code stops working.
