Hello again, and thank you for your response for additional information to your bug report. We're sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue and apologize for the several responses you've received to you helpdesk tickets that did not help resolve the issue.
From the information you've provided, we understand that the quest "Not My War" is ready to be completed and the quest giver has a green check mark above them readied for completion, both the key items necessary to turn in are not in you key item list and you are unable to re-obtain the key items as the target enemies no longer provide them.
We will be escalating this information to our development team for further investigation. Investigation into these types of possible issues can take quite some time, so we must ask for your patience. In the meantime, Game Masters are unfortunately unable to resolve these kinds of issues since we are unable to reset quests or provide any key items necessary, so we greatly appreciate your patience. however, once we receive a response regarding you situation, a Game Master will speak to you in game with how to proceed further.
With that said, as this is the most we are able to do to assist you with this issue, it is no longer necessary to submit further helpdesk tickets regarding this issue. Rest assured that we will contact you with a resolution when we receive one.

Thank you for escalating this to the devo team however, asking me to be patient after my main has been stuck for quite some time is going to be tough. I have put months of time into this character and leveling a new one is not something I will be doing. So as I wait and pay for game time for a game I am not really using, I am wondering how much waiting there will actually be? And if I will be able to get status reports so I wont think the ball has been dropped or forgotten. Orrrrrr the quest could just be reset while the development team hashes out the issues that occurred but my time wont be wasted waiting in que for this glitch to be worked on. Any other thoughts to speed this up would be appreciated.
