    I thought enochian was going to become a toggle rather than a temp buff like it is now.

    Enochian will no longer be a requirement to use F4 or B4, rather just a counter that if you manage to keep up for 30 seconds enables Foul. Which is a pretty strong AoE from what it seems.

    This is also incorrect. If you watch the live letter, Blizzard 4 doesnt become useable until after he cast enochian even after he casts B3. It will still be required, it is just a much less punishing mechanic to maintain as it doesnt require using B4, only transpose (now with only a 10 sec cd) that doesnt require a target and 1/2 the cd on enochian even if you let it drop
