Strange input lag and alt tab issue

So I stopped playing briefly around 3 weeks ago, didnt play at all, and then loaded up a day or two ago to find that I was having some strange issues. I am having noticeable input lag on all of my inputs, and it is taking the game a lot longer to tab in from being alt tabbed. When I tab in, it takes a few seconds, before briefly showing a black screen, and then tabs me in. I am positive this is different than how it was. Now these are not latency issues, I know how those feel and this is the game client. The only things I know that happened in the time I was gone was the server migration,(which I doubt has anything to do with my issue) and the windows creator update or whatever. So just asking for some input, its just very strange considering nothing has changed in the game or with my pc besides those things, and I am having input lag issues which I did not have just weeks ago. Any help is appreciated. A few extra things I have noted: When I run the game in borderless windowed mode, these issues do not occur. (However other issues which is primarily my comp not being able to run borderless windowed very well crop up) Turning off frame limiting helps, but does not completely remedy the issue. Again any help is appreciated thanks folks.

Edit: I was able to solve my problem. I was looking at some similar issues people were having, and saw a suggestion to disable the "Fullscreen Optimization" option under compatibility for the program. Lo and behold, this solved my issues. I encourage anyone who is having similar issues to try this.
