    The biggest issue comes in when you don't want to align to the grid. It's been a while since I tried, but I don't recall being able to snap elements to each other, nor being able to center them. The OCD in me would enjoy this change.

    I've just been trying shift, it's kinda efficient to follow the grid but it leaves far too many space between 2 bars because of the fact it follows the grid, so I still have to move it manually.
    As for ctrl it doesn't seem to do anything, for me at least...

    Read it from reddit with a few likes on it, so someone lied or it is no longer a feature cause I just tried it too haha. . /cry. Sorry I was researching for ya.

    However while fiddling around I did find this (logged in and tested some stuff):

    Using your numpad arrow keys with numlock on and an element selected will give it very micro movements on a micro-grid (or at least mine moves a set distance smaller than a shift grid move ;D).
