I like this one too, but the /ac line should go before the <wait.1> line and the /p and <se.#> commands should be after the <wait>. This way you can spam the ability without spamming chat/sounds.

The action is placed after the wait for the purpose of providing a set amount of time, that has been called out in the chat part, for people to move into position before the action is used. The sound effect is inserted solely as a "something to pay attention to in chat" cue.

Essentially the macro is designed to let people know you are going to to be using the action and to prepare for it. It was not designed to spam.
