Resetting retainer job (again)

My battle retainer was a level 50 archer (bard?) back in ARR but I reset him to monk when 3.0 happened. (I didn't want to level my bard past 52) Now that bow mage is gone, I am thinking of picking bard back up. If I reset my battle retainer to archer again, will he be 50 or will he go back to level 0?

Will be lvl 0, before resetting class there is a nice big Warning window telling you.

If you reset your retainer, their level will go back to 0.

0 cause i just reset mine last night. She was a summoner...which i have no idea if i will use in stormblood.
Because of the accessory changes, i will only have bard ready for the expansion. So im also making retainer a bard.

For stormblood vitality jewelry will be tank only. Strength goes to melee dps. Dexterity to bard/machinist.

Well you get the picture.
The cookie cutter players have won. You'll no longer be able to tweek a stat slightly by swapping a piece of jewelry.
