That's actually a really interesting idea. I think that increasing the time is a good way to help deter people from leaving just because they don't like the dungeon. If someone gets kicked from the group then you could leave their timer at the 30 minute debuff, unless they were kicked for certain reasons such as harassment or non-participation. You'd want to try and make sure that people who are kicked for disconnects or other technical issues aren't too harshly penalized.
