Will jump potion players be sprouts o.O?

Just wondering -- If I remember, people remain sprouts until they both: complete 2.55 MSQ and also play 7 days (168 hours). That's why we have some people with multiple 60s, but still sprouts even though they cleared that ARR MSQ. I wonder if people who buy/use jump potions to get to level 60 will still have the sprout icon, or if SE will do away with the 7 day play requirement. Of course, most of us posting on these forums are far, far above the 7 real life day playtime, but for new players/friends, I was curious as to this ^^

And how do you plan on discriminating between sprouts who have done the story and sprouts who have used potions? Are you going to check the Lodestone of every sprout you come across? Or do you plan to just withhold information from every new player who is obviously struggling?

The time factor is arguably the more important of the two criteria anyway. Believe it or not but 168 hours played is actually a pretty long time?
