Eorzean Theatre

hello buddies.

I recently was exploring Gridania a while back during the Little girls festival and it was quite beautiful.

One of the areas was this classical greek theatre like area with seats and a stage. Now if the game was a lot more popular this are would surely be the place for lovely couples to spend a date at or for groups of people to gather and goof around.

So I was alone as I stood on stage, disappointed with the way things are in our little world of Eorzea, but ideas continue to flood into my head as I stared at the desolate but beautiful surroundings.

So I had the idea of organizing and putting on shows for a crowd in that theatre. We could do comedies and tragedies and all sorts of silly things. Writing plays for this would be a challenge, since there are a lot of factors to take in, such as lore and the absence of props and such, but if you model the storytelling to that of old greek dramas, then i think we can do something.

I don't know, this is just a fleeting thought, but what do you guys think?

I think this sounds like a wonderful and intelligent proposal. The problem will be recruiting people to go along with your idea.

I also just found this place! I noticed a sign above the doorway with an image of a lute, as well. Perhaps this is a future Bard's guild?

bard's guild? probably not, but it seems like a symbol/icon usually means something in these games.
