Client Download?

I just got back into FF14 and Im really liking it. So I thought I would install it on my laptop (I already have it on my regular comp). But I cant seem to find the dvds.

So can I download the client from my account page (like other mmos)? Or do I have to buy a new copy?

There's currently no official download of the client available.
So you either have to buy a new copy, get the disk from a friend or..search for another download source than the official one.

That kind of sucks. It only cost 6bucks to buy a new one but it is an annoyance that SE should correct! Not that many stores have them, in stock anymore here in Sweden.

I'd say just download it somewhere else, you paid for the game after all so it's not like it hurts SE.

If you don't want to and can't find a copy in your country, you can still order some on the Internet, also very cheap.

A client download will be available when version 2.0 hits, but that's in spring 2013 if it doesn't get delayed, so..I don't think you want to wait that long.

They should put it for download or i dont know what they think about that new people that want to play in the coming months, or are they thinking to go until 2.0 with lack of game copies in stores?
